Decisions Class

The Decisions Class is a four (4) hour, court-ordered class, typically resulting from a Class C Misdemeanor ticket. Days and times for this class vary by office. Please call for specific class information. There is no fee for this class.

Each person attending the class must pre-register in the appropriate MCYS office, prior to the day of class. Our offices are in the following locations:

• Conroe Office – 105 W. Lewis, Conroe
• Magnolia Office – 31355 Friendship Drive , Magnolia
• New Caney Office – 21575 U.S. Hwy 59 North, Suite 204, New Caney
• Splendora Office – 16401 First Street, Splendora
• The Woodlands Office – 1600 Lake Front Circle, Suite 130 , The Woodlands

Class Attendance Requirements

• Check-in for class 15 minutes before posted class time. Late arrivals will not be admitted to the class.
• At least one parent must attend the class and remain for the entire class. No exceptions.
• If you are unable to attend the class for which you are registered, you must notify MCYS prior to the day of class. You will be transferred to the next available class.
• Upon completion of the class, participants will be issued a certificate of completion. It will be the responsibility of the participant to present the certificate back to the referring judge.
