MCYS hosts a number of special events throughout the year to bring awareness to our agency, and for fundraising to support our broad range of services for the youth in our community.  

Fundraising Events

• Diva Cruise
  Ladies! Get a group of your girl friends together to enjoy 4 days of non-stop fun on a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico. This cruise departs from Galveston on the
  last Thursday of September, each year, and arrives back in Galveston on the following Monday. Enjoy two fabulous Diva Days at sea, and a day of shopping or relaxing in Cozumel. • The Woodlands Celebrity Golf Classic
  The Woodlands Celebrity Golf Classic is MCYS’s largest fundraiser. The Classic has raised over $1.8 million in 18 years for the benefit of children in Montgomery County. The Classic is always held in November, and depending on the level of participation chosen, attendees can participate in various events, such as:
• Celebrity Sponsor Party
• Celebrity Golf Tournament
• Celebrity Night Live Gala
• Celebrity/Amateur Golf Tournament
• Champagne Brunch

Tournaments are held in either stroke play or shamble format. Each participant receives a highly sought after goodie bag, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At the Gala, mix and mingle with sports and entertainment celebrities. Dinner and dancing, live and silent auctions, music, and a casino await you. Register.

• Ladies Night Out
  Grab your girl friends and join us for Ladies Night Out! Our fundraiser benefits children in Montgomery County and we need your help. Ladies Night out is held annually in May.
  
  Get ready for a night of fun where you can dance the night away to music provided by our DJ, play musical chairs for airline tickets, enjoy a fabulous dinner, and indulge in our famous banana split bar. Take a stroll through our shopping alley with products designed for women. Be sure to stop by and
  get a massage. Place the winning bid on your favorite silent auction or bidder board item. Take a chance at winning cash. Enjoy time with your girl friends
  and have a good old fashioned Ladies Night Out! Register.

Annual Holiday Project
MCYS recruits individuals and groups to adopt children for the holidays, to bring joy to the youth we serve. We provide basic details about the children, such as boy or girl, and their holiday wishes. You or your group can purchase the gifts yourselves, or donate money towards the purchase of gifts.
