Healthy Supports
The Healthy Supports program is a comprehensive range of services for pregnant and parenting teens, and youth who are at high risk of becoming teen parents. Prevention groups are offered in Splendora, New Caney, and Magnolia schools. Case management services, counseling, and other supportive services are provided to assist teen parents with access to health resources, nutrition, family management skills, and parenting techniques.
